carved spaces uses Rasphia to take bookings and orders, so carved spaces and Rasphia both see what you give when you book, buy or message.

Only what it takes to serve you:

• Your name and how to reach you (phone number or email), so the business can confirm and change things.
• What you booked or ordered, when, and for how much.
• Messages you send the business, and its replies.
• Payment details are taken by Razorpay. The business sees whether you paid, not your card or UPI PIN.

To run your booking or order, to message you about it, to give you receipts and refunds, and to keep a record of what happened. It is not sold, and it is not used for other businesses' marketing.

Rasphia, which runs the booking and messaging tools; Razorpay, which processes online payments. Details are shared with anyone else only when the law requires it.

Bookings, orders and payments are kept for as long as the business needs them for its accounts and for any dispute, and the law may require some records to be kept.

You can ask carved spaces to show, correct or delete your details by writing to it in its support chat on Rasphia. Deleting can wait where the business must keep a record. Rasphia's privacy policy covers what Rasphia keeps.
