Refunds, returns and cancellation

Cancel or move a booking from your bookings page on Rasphia, or ask carved spaces in its support chat.

• Appointments and classes: free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
• Inside the free window a cancellation costs nothing, and anything you paid is refunded.
• After the window the business may keep part or all of what you paid. If the business cancels, you are refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the way you paid, normally within 5 to 7 working days of the business approving them. Your bank can take longer to show it.

If a booking or order could not be completed after you paid, you are refunded in full.
